Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy All consultations are by appointment only and must be booked in advance. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Please ensure that the information you provide when booking is accurate and complete. If additional information is required before your consultation, we will contact you. Consultations are conducted in English or Khmer, by prior arrangement. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time at no additional cost. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice, may result in the consultation fee being forfeited. If CHIN & CO Migration Agency needs to reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative appointment time will be offered at no additional cost. Late Arrival Policy If you arrive late, your consultation will still finish at the scheduled time to avoid delays for other clients. If you are significantly late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled in accordance with the cancellation policy. Waitlist Policy (Optional) If your preferred appointment time is unavailable, you may join the waitlist. Should an earlier appointment become available, you will be contacted and offered the appointment in the order requests are received. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee an appointment.
