Every migration matter is unique. Your consultation will assess your individual circumstances and discuss possible visa pathways. Eligibility and visa outcomes cannot be guaranteed and depend on Australian migration law, policy and your personal circumstances.
Will my information remain confidential?
Yes. All personal information and documents you provide are treated confidentially and handled in accordance with my Privacy Policy and professional obligations as a Registered Migration Agent.
Do you guarantee visa approval?
No. No Registered Migration Agent or lawyer can guarantee that a visa will be granted. I will provide professional advice, prepare your application carefully and help you present the strongest possible case based on your circumstances.
Initial consultations generally last 45 minutes, depending on the complexity of your circumstances.
How long does the consultation last?
Is the consultation available online?
Yes. Consultations are available online (Microsoft Teams or Zoom), by telephone, or in person by appointment.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend, may result in the consultation fee being non-refundable. Please contact Chin & Co as soon as possible if exceptional circumstances apply.
Will you tell me if I'm not eligible?
Yes. My role is to provide honest and professional migration advice. If I believe you are not currently eligible for a visa or another option would better suit your circumstances, I will explain your options clearly.

If you engage Chin & Co for comprehensive visa application services within 14 days, the $160 consultation fee will be credited towards your professional fees.
Yes. Partners and family members are welcome to attend, particularly for partner and family visa matters, so everyone understands the migration process and available options.
May I include my partner or a family member in the consultation?
My online booking calendar shows my standard availability. If you cannot find a suitable appointment, please contact me directly and I'll do my best to arrange a mutually convenient time.
